Português: Há dias em que tudo o que está no nosso guarda-roupa nos aborrece, em que todos os vestidos, saias e sapatos já nos cansam o olhar. Esses dias para mim já duram há cerca de um mês! Ultimamente tenho pensado seriamente em dar uma limpeza geral ao meu armário e manter lá aquilo que realmente quero e sei que vou usar. Para além disso, ando a pensar também em começar em investir em peças de melhor qualidade e menos em peças de roupa em cadeia que toda a gente à minha volta parece usar. O único problema disso é que também tenho de passar a gastar mais dinheiro. Mas será que não vai acabar por compensar? Tenho andado que olho numa loja que há aqui chamada "La Maleta de Bel" que representa tudo aquilo em que quero transformar o meu armário. Peças únicas, de qualidade e com pequenos detalhes que fazem toda a diferença! Sinto que chegou a hora de levar o meu armário a outro nível, muito mais limpo, original e organizado. Acredito que esse seja o empurrão que preciso para voltar a ter a inspiração de que tantas saudades tenho e consequentemente a voltar a dar vida ao blog.
English: There are days when everything that is in our wardrobe bores us, days when all of our dresses, skirts and shoes makes us feel joyless. Those days are a part of me for more than a month already! Lately I've been seriously thinking about giving a general cleaning to my closet and keeping only what I really want and that I know I'm going to use. The only problem about that is that I need to start spending more money too. But in the end won't it pay off? I have my eye in a local store here in Santiago de Compostela named "La Maleta de Bel" that represents everything that I want my wardrobe to be. Unique pieces, with quality and with little details that make all the difference! I feel that arrived the hour to take my wardrobe to another level, much more cleaner, original and organized. I believe that is the push I need to get my inspiration back and to start post more frequently here on the blog.

Passei pelo mesmo que tu há pouco tempo atrás! Sempre apostei num limite máximo, basicamente 30 euros para a dita roupa normal, tirando botas e casacos! Ora, mudei um pouco a minha estratégia, pois comecei a apostar mais em qualidade e originalidade, logo peças mais caras! Apesar da crise, não posso disser que me arrependi, muito pelo contrário, fiquei finalmente com o armário com peças que realmente gosto e que realmente expressam os meus gostos! No inicio senti-me muito mal por gastar mais do que aquilo que tinha estipulado para uma peça, mas agora acho que foi uma óptima decisão e vou continuar assim! Eu diria para arriscares e fazeres o mesmo, mas é algo muito pessoal! :) continuas lindaaaaa (como sempre) e os sapatos são amorosos, sempre adorável! Aaah e desculpa o testamento ;)

I'm pretty sure those feelings happen to all of us sometimes. Simplifying and getting rid of things you absolutely never wear anymore helps. Sometimes when there gets to be too much stuff it gets overwhelming and your wardrobe becomes joyless. I hope you can figure out how to love your wardrobe again because you always look so pretty in your outfits!

infelizmente, estou a passar pela mesma fase. todas as peças aborrecem-me, parece que nenhuma transmite a minha personalidade. por mim tinha um closet recheado de peças grunge e edgy, adorava! mas como ainda não sou eu que ganho nem giro o meu dinheiro, lá vou me contentando com o meu closet de adolescente normal da escola ehehe. no entanto, estás sempre gira, adoro os sapatinhos :3

Normalmente peço a algum amigo ou conhecido para me tirar as fotos! :) Ainda não tenho coragem suficiente para ir para o meio da rua com tripé, pelo menos em sítios muito movimentados! Fico demasiado envergonhada com o a ideia de ter de tirar fotos a mim própria com pessoas a olharem!

Looking forward to seeing your new style! I'm all for gradual change though, getting key pieces to rotate your older clothes around. (Like this summer I didn't wear any fitted t-shirts, although those used to be a summer staple for me! They just got gradually replaced... :)

i know exactly what you mean! maybe a year or two ago i made an agreement with myself to only ever buy dresses that i really love, even if i have to spend a bit more on them, because i was so sick of seeing boring dresses i'd bought because they were cheap and i thought they would do.
i haven't made the leap to tops and skirts just yet, but i feel like you can mix and match those anyway to make an outfit you're happy with, but my theory is, especially in summer, the dress that you wear is pretty much the whole outfit, so there's no point in buying something that doesn't feel special enough because i'll never wear it.
a clean out of your wardrobe and getting rid of all the things that don't really fit right or that you don't like anymore always makes me feel so refreshed!

I feel the exact way. I'd love to cleanse my closet and replace it with pieces that are more "me" as my style has evolved -- more classic and timeless pieces. It would cost money, but it would definitely pay off. Your shoes are adorable and I would love to have you closet.
