Dream Outfit For Such A Dreamy Day

Chirstmas is here and I just love Christmas with all my heart! The delicious food, the music, the smells, the

lights, being with my family, the cold outside, the films... everything is beautiful and unique! It is my favorite

day of the year, the day that makes everything looks so easy and colorful!

So, if I had the opportunity to wear anything I want on Christmas day, anything, this would be my choice:

Too bad I don't have such opportunity and that my wallet is too little for such dream! Anyway, I'm sure I'll find out something in the middle of my closet!

I'll just be sure to enjoy such lovely day with the ones I love the most! :)

Let's Move To Paris

Yesterday, me, my boyfriend and my friend Paulinha went to this lovely pastry house in Porto called Boulangerie de Paris that is, like the name says, inspired by the boulangeries from Paris. Me and Paulinha drank tea and ate macarons, while Zé ate a cake that was made of profiteroles. It tasted delicious!

Even with the rain and the cold, the day was nicely spent! We went to some vintage stores and I got myself a coat, a warm sweater and a blouse. I just can't wait to show it to you!

Undertow

I'm glad to say I am finally enjoying my two weeks of vacations! I was really needing this! This past days were such a stress full of stuff to do and exams to study for.

I was so excited with my first day of vacations that today I woke up pretty early, bought myself a really nice breakfast and went out so I could enjoy the first day of vacations full of energy! One of the nicest thing I did today was going to the coffee, read Elle magazine and eat a pastel de nata. These little things make life so much worth it!

For such an active day I decided to wear something easy and comfy but still I wanted to wear something that could make me feel happy and pretty, if you know what I mean. So, I grabbed my polka dotted dress (worn as a skirt) and it lighted up the rest of the outfit!

A Little Update

I am now in the last two weeks of classes until Christmas vacations arrives which means: a LOT of work and exams to do. I have to fight my fear for programming and deliever a lot of typography work so I can rest while listening to some beautiful Christmas songs, watching a lot of films and reading your lovely blogs!

With all of this I need to say that it's going to be a little difficult to post as much as I'd like too this next two weeks but I'll do my best!

Tv Characters That Inspire Me (& Giveaway Winner)

I've been thinking about doing this post for a long time when I was watching an episode of Twin Peaks. Audrey Horne is one of my favorite characters of all time, with the most amazing personality and style. She wears saddle shoes and preppy clothes in a way that makes me want to wear only that for the rest of my life.

So, after I saw that episode I realized that lately I'm crazy about preppy clothes and that some of my favorite characters of my favorite tv series are, indeed, girls who wear that style!

The amazing Audrey Horne of the amazing shoes! Twin Peaks is just great with all the wonderful details.

Rory Gilmore, the preppy girl that likes to read more than anything in the world. Gilmore Girls is my favorite tv series of all time! I just can't get sick of it!

And, of course, Blair Wardorf. It's impossible not to love her and her amazing wardrobe! I'm sure many of you like her (and Gossip Girl) as much as I do!

Tears For Affairs

I already feel Christmas arriving and it's not a lie when I say it is my favorite season of the year. I love the smells, the food, the songs, the films, the lights.. well, everything! Today I wanted to wear something red and I came out with this Christmas inspired outfit. Red is not a color I wear that often but it is one of my favorite colors ever, no doubt about it.

This is probably one of my favorite outfits so far. It made really happy wearing it and I love how it really reflects how I am and what I like to wear!

Dream a Little Dream

I always have a problem when taking my own pictures: my battery always goes down! And this is a true story! I was only able to take this two photos and the light was awful. But it doesn't matter because today I felt so comfy in this outfit that I needed to share it with you.

Also, today I realized that I'm really into this"burgundy trend". It wasn't my intention, I didn't do it on purpose, I just noticed that I'm wearing that color a lot. It is a pretty color anyway!

Tomorrow I'll try to do my first "one day in pictures"! I always wanted to do it but I'm such a fail with those things! I always forget to take a pictures in the most important moments. But good luck to me, this time is the time!

Roman Holiday In Pictures

Roman Holiday is a lovely 1953 film starring the magnific Audrey Hepburn and the very handsome Gregory Peck. It is one of the most amazing, lovable, funny and heartbreaking films ever! If you like Audrey Hepburn, I'm sure you like this film. She looks really beautiful (as usual) and her smile makes us want to smile with her! Truly inspiring in many ways!
